In the second quarter of 2025, the travel and local app category on the Android platform in Austria saw varied performances among its top five applications. These insights are based on data from Sensor Tower.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker showed a notable increase in both revenue and user engagement. Weekly revenue rose from approximately $2K at the start of the quarter to $2.6K by late June. Downloads peaked mid-June at 3.9K, while weekly active users surged from 27.8K to 49.1K, indicating growing interest and usage.

Schau aufs Land – Farm camping experienced steady revenue growth, reaching around $1.9K by the end of June. However, weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 75 and 181.

park4night - Motorhome camper saw a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $1.4K in the last week of June. Downloads also increased modestly, with a high of 745 in mid-June. The app's active users grew steadily from 3.3K to 7.7K, reflecting a consistent rise in engagement.

Outdooractive. Hike and Ride had a strong finish with revenue climbing to $1.8K by the end of the quarter. Downloads varied, hitting a high of 811 in mid-June. Active user numbers also rose significantly, reaching 14.5K by the end of June.
